Conditioning Consultanting & Conditioning Programs

We can provide periodised season long Conditioning and programs for clubs and teams.

  • This support is centred around providing Conditioning to maximise the physical development of your team whilst mitigating injury risk.

    The Plan includes the following methods and resources:

  • Sessional and weekly loading guidelines

  • Scheduled field based aerobic fitness testing

  • Fitness testing analysis, reporting & grouping

  • Periodised max speed & speed endurance prescription

  • Periodised objectively prescribed running conditioning sessions

  • Access to information document & recording of program instructions & rationale
    Annual plan guidance (i.e. recommended distances for sessions to optimally prepare for season)

It is worth noting that these programs are associated with regular email and phone contact to ensure that the implementation of the pre-season program is as seamless as possible to your individual clubs and/or teams needs.
